Hill Cumorah Pageant

We were able to go to the Hill Cumorah Pageant on Tuesday. Adam had to opportunity to volunteer so we met him there. He was security for the reserved section for staff seating. The mission president sat in that section too. Adam said the president and his sons reminded him of Bishop Morrill and his sons all being really tall. It was a really special experience to be able to share this with Adam and the kids. I love Palmyra and the pageant and I hope I can pass that onto my family.

Mya put on her own sweatshirt, upside down.

Guy excited for the pageant to start.

We were headed to the bathroom before the pageant started and this little boy came running up and cut us off. His mom was right behind him saying how he loved babies. He looked at Guy and tried to play with him for a little while before he got behind the stroller and was going to take Guy away. It was really sweet. His mom said he wasn't quite 2.

Here is the little boy with the rest of his family. They were so sweet.

This is the opening scene where they have over 750 volunteer actors. I overheard one of the actors say that on opening night they had over 5,000 come to watch. I love the pageant and hope someday we will be able to be in it. That way all of you will have a good excuse to come up to visit!

The Santa Cruz Walton Family in Hawaii

Here is our little adventure to Hawaii or what our friends would call it: "our baby moon ".

Brian forced me to bring this flannel shirts since we left Utah.:). We are at a placed called The Point.

A random picture of Baby Walton.

Brian and his friends jumped from this point down to the reef

A walk by the canal near Waikiki, where the busy life is.

In Ala Moana Shopping Center we ran into Mickey Mouse. He is excited for Brian to come and work him:).

At Waikiki Beach

At Iolanie's Palace. Last Qeen of Hawaii.  The only Palace in the US

 Spitting Caves

Kualoa Ranch. Many movies have filmed cool scenes here such as Jurassic Park.

Brian swam to that little island name China man's hat.

Sunset at Sharks Cove

At Peal Harbor Memorial . You can see the  USS Arizona sunken battleship. The museum is free and you learned interesting things about the war.

Stairway to Heaven. Only Brian did this hike because it was illegal..  I mean dangerous..  haha. In fact it is ilegal. It used to be open to the public, but for safety reasons it is closed.. But Brian couldn't resist the idea. They went early to see the sunrise and avoid getting caught!!

Our frustrated attempt to make fire... at the PCC.

Sam: he was your next door neighbor! Everyone knows who Sam Walton is!!

With Elesy (sp?) Marietta's cousin!! Small world.. See.. we did go to Fiji!
