White Christmas

Christmas Morning

Heidi left a note for Santa that said, "You are so nis (nice) Santa I wish I could be like you"
Christmas morning in Grandma's room.

Christmas Eve

We were so excited when it started to snow on Christmas Eve.

John E. loved having a new kind of ball to play with.
Kallie with our grassy snowman.

Santa USA

Santa landed at the school in a helicopter.
We followed Santa to the next school because Mitchell wanted to get Rudolph's autograph. Too bad Rudolph can't write. Mitchell was fine with getting to sit in the helicopter instead.

John really didn't like Frosty the Snowman.
I thought Natalie would be excited to see Santa with all his friends in a helicopter. She didn't like any part of it.

Happy Birthday Jaden!

Everyone came over to sing Happy Birthday to Jaden and watch John try to blow out her candles. Thanks for sharing the spotlight Jaden.

It was really hard trying to shop for Jaden's birthday this year. She is too old for toys, clothes are too girly and she already has everything in the world related to soccer. Who would have guessed that all we had to get her was a package of plastic cups to build a tower with.

Nativity Exhibit

We went to the annual Nativity Exhibit at the Stake Center. They have hundreds of Nativities on display from all over the world.
John E. walked into the gym and saw a giant star. He said "it's beauuuutiful!".

Journey to Bethlehem

The Neals and Eisermanns went on a Journey to Bethlehem put on by a local church. We started out in the city of Nazareth. We traveled with our "family" to pay our taxes in Bethlehem.
We saw the wise men with their camels and gifts. There were donkeys and lambs to pet.
The roman soldiers protected us during the journey from the thieves hidden along the path.

When we reached the city of Bethlehem we saw shops and other families.

Journey to Bethlehem

Jaden standing at the fish market in Bethlehem.
Rachel was the smart one to bring a stroller. Julie was so nice to share it with Natalie. It was a long walk to Bethlehem in the freezing cold.Everyone gathered around Baby Jesus in the stable.

The kids loved playing in the church's indoor playland after the journey.
